Estero is located on Florida’s Southwest coast and is nestled between Estero Bay and I 75 although Stoneybrook and the Club at Grandezza is located on the East side of I 75. Highway 41 runs North and South directly through the center of Estero and the town is made up of country clubs, gated communities, and golf courses. The Shadowwood golf course and Copperleaf golf club in addition to the Stoneybrook golf community are the largest in Estero.

The Miramar Outlets Mall has been ranked one of the top malls in Southwest Florida. It’s located just north of corkscrew road off I 75 minutes from the Club at Grandezza and Stoneybrook. This small has dozens of women’s and men’s apparel, kids stores, food and beverage such as Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, Luna Pizza, Naples Flat Bread and Wine Bar, frozen yogurt and Starbucks, footwear, home decor and furnishings, jewelry and accessories, beauty and salons, luggage and handbags as well as accessories and gift shops. Other shopping close by is the Shoppes of Grande Oaks which are just across Griffin Parkway from the outlet mall. This is the Regency Center mall and offers a tanning salon, hair salon, liquor store, automotive entire shop, dry cleaners, Perkins restaurant and a McDonald’s.
Coconut Point Mall is located West of I-75 along Highway 41 just north of Coconut Road and the Shadowwood Country Club. This is a Simon Mall and features dozens of home furnishings stores, apparel, Bath and Body Works, Bed Bath and beyond, Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Dillards, gaming and toy shops, children’s apparel, health food stores and restaurants.
