Estero Gets a New Neighbor
According to the Cape Coral Daily Breeze, Estero is getting a new neighbor.
Site work has already begun on the southwest corner of Three Oaks Parkway and Corkscrew Road for Neal Communities’ new, gated residential 53-acre residential community that cost a pretty price tag at $3.3 million, Estero Place.
According to Florida’s Business Observer, The proposed location was particularly attractive to the builder because it sits across the street from where Neal Communities is already developing the 110-attached-duplexes community Villas Palmeras.
“This is a jewel of a location for a gated community in Estero,” said Michael Greenberg, the company’s vice president of building in Lee and Collier counties. “Homeowners will be near schools, shopping, entertainment, the beaches, and Southwest Florida International Airport is less than 10 miles away.”
Neal plans to build approximately 100 single-family homes ranging in size from 1,870 to 2,600 square feet, with lake and preserve views. Prices will start in the high $200,000s.
What’s in the Works for Estero Place
A boardwalk and centrally located kiosk is included in future construction plans. Residents can leisurely stroll on the boardwalk along the community’s natural flora and fauna. And the kiosk provides an ideal location for photography, observing nature, or a quiet spot for reflection.
