Estero Florida is undergoing a major transformation in the real estate market. Larger companies are moving their headquarters to Estero and home prices are going up. Currently the average listing price in Estero is $340,000 which is at $7500 even over last week. The median sales price is up nearly 10% or $20,000 over last year at $225,000.
